Sylvester is horror for animals

Yesterday it was the first time at Dec 31st that my sister's cat slept too long in the night. The years before he was out in the nature when the fireworks starts outside.
This time he sprinted through the rooms. From one room to the next one and back again.
He has been on panicked escape to nowhere. In the last corner he tried to hide from the bangs. His pulse at 180, mouth open, tongue outside, snarling. He has been scared to death.
